A warm welcome at Ruby Arena made me feel instantly at home. The staff were really nice with their friendly and helpful attitude. They even surprised me with a beautifully decorated table for my wife's birthday. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for both family and business trips. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is great for a Christmas staycation. What we liked best was the warm welcome that we received and their staff's willingness to help us with our requests. Plus, it was a good location for us to explore the surrounding areas and it had nearby stores that allowed us to buy Christmas treats and gifts for each other. the rooms were cleaned daily and the minibars were very useful.
There were also certain aspects of the place that we disliked. The cost of the hotel and the restaurant was quite expensive and so was the price of the hotel taxi service.

the restaurant served delicious tandoori items and their beef coconut was a must-try. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. the room was clean with a minibar and daily towel replacement.
I wished they had a wider selection of mocktails and cocktails, as they only served one cocktail option.

It was very close to the airport and easily accessible from the city center. The hotel facilities were great, including the cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of parking. The hotel had great transportation options, making it easy to travel around the city.

Spent my New Year's Eve away from home and it was the best experience yet. the hotel was located right in the heart of the city and I had easy access to all the best places to visit. the staff was incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. the room was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. I also loved the fact that they had a fitness center and a pool that I was able to use during my stay. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
the only minor issue I faced was the limited availability of parking space, but the staff was always helpful in finding a spot each time I needed it.
